Throughout the year, the Cranston Police Department hosts special events such as the Citizens' Police Academy and Youth Adventure Camp.  Be sure to check this page often for updates and information, including dates, times, and applications.

Highlights

Car Seat Installations
Members of the Traffic Unit will check the installation of your current child restraint systems and assist in the correction of problems and installation of new equipment.  Call for Officer Availability.
Every Thursday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.  First come first serve.  Call 401-477-5033 to confirm this information.

 

Fingerprinting
Everyone Must Have an Appointment Appointments are available Wednesdays (Day and Evening) and Thursdays (Day).   Call – (401) 942-2211 and ask for BCI or extension 5024.    Do Not Bend or Fold Fingerprint Cards

No Cash is Accepted – Check and Money Orders ONLY
